If you live in Padua, we have great news for you. As of today, you can get around the city with total freedom thanks to two Dott promotions dedicated exclusively to residents.
The promotions last one month and offer super advantageous rates, with a special focus on those under 26. Here's how they work:
🚲 Want to get around on an e-bike?
The pass gives you 4 rides of 12 minutes each. The activation cost is minimal:
- Over 26: just €0.02
- Under 26: discounted to €0.01
🛴 Prefer the scooter?
For you there are 15 rides of 30 minutes each. Here are the activation costs:
- Over 26: just €0.50
- Under 26: discounted to €0.35
Need more time? No problem: if you exceed the minutes included per ride, you'll keep riding without interruption by paying Dott's normal per-minute usage rate.
Who can activate the promotion?
The offer is reserved for residents of the Municipality of Padua (verified through the National Registry).
To apply, you just need:
- An active Dott account.
- An ID document already verified in the app.
- The name on your Dott profile matching exactly the one registered with the National Registry (watch out for accents and special characters!).
How to request your pass in 3 simple steps
Step 1 — Submit your request
Choose the form that suits you and fill it in with your personal details and address of residence:
Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with the maximum processing time.
Step 2 — Verification and payment
We'll check your details against the National Registry and verify that your Dott account is in order (among other things, we'll check that the account is active, that the ID has been verified, and that the name provided matches exactly the one on the National Registry). If everything checks out, we'll email you a payment link valid for 72 hours to pay the activation fee.
Step 3 — Hop on board!
As soon as payment is received, you'll get an email with your promo code. Just click the button in the message to activate the discount directly in the app.
Timing and useful details
- How long does it take? You'll receive the promotion within 5 business days of the request, provided the details are correct and payment is made in time.
- What could slow down the process? Incorrect or incomplete data, not meeting the requirements, or failure to pay within 72 hours of receiving the link.
- Please note: The promotion is strictly personal, cannot be transferred to third parties, cannot be combined with other discounts, and is valid in the territory of Padua and the participating CO.ME.PA municipalities (Albignasego, Cadoneghe, Casalserugo, Legnaro, Limena, Mestrino, Ponte San Nicolò, Rubano, Selvazzano Dentro, Vigonza, and Vigodarzere).
If your request is rejected, you can simply try again once the error has been corrected. Use of the promotion is subject to Dott's Terms and Conditions.
Checking and renewing your pass
Want to know how many minutes or rides you have left? Open the Dott app and go to Menu → Promotions to keep everything under control.
Is your promo about to expire? You can renew it starting 1 day before expiration by filling out the dedicated form again:
Bike Subscriptions (also valid for non-residents)
Not a resident, but you experience the city every day for study, work, or leisure? No problem! To make your trips around Padua even smoother, we've launched two new fare options dedicated to our traditional (non-electric) bikes, available to both residents and non-residents:
- Annual Subscription
The ultimate pass for anyone who rides all year round. The cost is €99.99 and includes a generous 250 rides of 15 minutes each, valid for 365 days.
- Monthly Subscription
Ideal for everyday rides. The cost is €12.99 and includes 30 rides of 15 minutes each, valid for 30 days.
