Something is wrong with the vehicle | Dott Help Centre

If you’ve noticed something wrong with your vehicle, we suggest finding the closest parking spot in the app map and stopping the ride.

If you’re on a scooter, first check if the throttle is just stuck.

Please report the issue to us by selecting the vehicle on the map and tapping “ Report issue”. We’re more than happy to help.

To avoid discovering vehicle issues once you’re already on the road, do a quick safety check before starting your ride:

• Are the lights working?
• Do the brakes work? (Squeeze the brake levers to make sure)
• Are the tires full?
• Are there any wires hanging loose?
• Is there any visible damage to the vehicle?
